- http://www.lulu.com/ - won't let me see prices until i make an acct. bulk discounts, choice on size, paper, binding. has small paperbacks ('pocketbook' size). can help you sell through website/amazon/etc.
- http://48hrbooks.com/ - publishes in 48 hrs. has small size. price depends on how many b&w vs color pgs you have, what paper type, etc. 25 pg book with 20 color pgs ~ 9.50/book.

- http://smartpress.com/offering/booklet-printing - OK this is pretty much the best choice and the original choice. very customizable size, paper weight, color and b&w pages, binding, etc. has a good calculator for everything so we can see how much it's going to cost before we order/tailor page # to cost.
