i wasn't a child, i was 18 or 19
i was dating blackberry cookie
we all lived in a kind of village-type area and ran businesses and such. i worked in the library.

janis and i were girlfriends!
i borrowed damian's clothes all the time
gretchen had a big crush on karen but she didn't really reciprocate
gretchen was a really amazing friend and i didn't appreciate her enough. it hurt her a lot when she found out what i'd done and it took a long time for us to be close again.
when i told janis about how i missed the stars in kenya, she took me out to the middle of nowhere in her dad's pickup and i showed her all my favorite constellations.
i tutored karen a lot and helped her get through high school.
aaron and i didn't end up dating, we decided to just be friends.

i moved to mckinley halfway thru my freshman year and got to see all the og members of new directions. i especially idolized quinn.
i didn't date jake for very long, and actually ended up dating kitty.
i was So So close with unique and ryder. they were my bffs.
i really loved reading and sometimes i would read books to ryder since he struggled with them.

kurt wasn't actually an awful bf most of the time, i actually liked hanging out with him as long as ram wasn't around to egg him on.
