• 2 Egg Whites
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2c. Shredded Coconut
  • Beat eggs whites until they form stiff peaks
  • Gradually add sugar until mixture is glossy
  • Fold in the coconut
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees F.
