  • Make/sip a cup of tea before work
  • Stretch before getting in the shower/tub
  • EAT BREAKFAST!
  • Get to work on time
  • Be on time for 1:1s
  • WORK HARD!
  • Eat one vegetarian meal
  • Wash off my make-up before bed
  • Read before going to bed
  • Go to bed early
  • Get 8 hours asleep (or more) a night
