- Wake up on time (8:15 or earlier)

- Stretch before getting in the shower/tub
- EAT BREAKFAST!
- Get to work on time
- Be on time for 1:1s
- WORK HARD!
- Eat one vegetarian meal
- Wash off my make-up before bed
- Read before going to bed
- Go to bed early
- Get 8 hours asleep (or more) a night

- Make dinner 3 or 4 times a week
- Work out more (got to do it!)
