Things in Bold are things I want to get done in 2010

• New Windows in the house.
• Replace old shed with new log cabin shed. This will be a wired building for things like my sewing; our work-out equipment; an area for Nick's tools; etc...

This is at the top of my list right now because we are trying to de-clutter the cabin/house and this building will house a lot of stuff thats still important, but we would like to get out of the house. My sewing takes up a lot of space. We have too many books and could put a lot of them out there. The work out equipment is in the way in the house. I'd like to move the freezer out to this building and free up space in the laundry room.

• Buy/build small building for out by the pool. This will serve two purposes. A changing room/pool storage building and the roof will be covered in solar panels to heat the pool.
• Large solar panel for hot water heater.
• Our own windmill electricity generator
• Four Seasons Sun Room built onto back of the house. (Just Because) Est. about 300 square feet coming off the dining room. Saltillo Tile floor. This will be a great place to start seeds in late winter, early spring. Also just a nice relaxing place to kick back and enjoy life.
• Large Adobe/Mud Oven in back yard near pool. This is a new idea but I like it. We'll build this ourselves.
• New small shed in garden spot for Turkeys Only.
• Cover strip areas in garden spot with greenhouse green material to help shade the garden a little in the summer.
• Build areas around new cellar for planting veggie's that deer won't eat.
• Re-cover greenhouse pyramid with green stuff in order to grow things in there in the summer.
• New Hardwood floors in LR and DR & downstairs BR in house. No more carpet!
• Get floors fixed upstairs in loft, somehow.
• Have upstairs bathroom remodeled. New counter-tops; mirrors; sinks; new shower; new rock floors.
• Wall in door to downstairs bathroom; make new entrance door from short hallway instead.
• New steps to porch on all sides, replace old rotten wood steps with stone steps.
• Get Tipi up. Put in rock floor and firepit in the middle.
• Build an adobe 'green' cottage house over by where goats are. Can use as guest house or art studio.
