• wake up early, but don't worry about a bedtime (eventually you will fall asleep earlier)
  • let light in in the morning/ turn on lights
  • get exercise in the morning/jog
  • have a protein-rich breakfast/eggs or yoghurt
  • don't nap even if your body begs for it (until your sleep cycle has been established)
  • get 8 hours of sleep (once sleep cycle is established)
