  • go running in the mornings in a really gorgeous place
  • sleep when i feel tired
  • take a long shower with music playing
  • recognize the ways i've been pressuring myself and let go
  • annoy everyone by singing loudly
  • turn up the music i really love, play it so loud that it soaks through my skin
  • text my favorite people, just to say hi
  • make lists of things i appreciate right now, in the present moment
  • have a good, cathartic cry regularly
  • go out for breakfast
  • find a secret place with a beautiful view (a rooftop, a tree, etc.)
