- do not allow myself to sit and listen to the people who upset and anger me 
- write myself love poems or letters (and then hide them in jackets) 
- surround myself with my favorite people 
- make more art 
- make a glitter jar 
- go running in the mornings in a really gorgeous place 
- sleep when i feel tired 
- take a long shower with music playing 
- recognize the ways i've been pressuring myself and let go 
- annoy everyone by singing loudly 
- turn up the music i really love, play it so loud that it soaks through my skin 
- text my favorite people, just to say hi 
- make lists of things i appreciate right now, in the present moment 
- have a good, cathartic cry regularly 
- go out for breakfast 
- find a secret place with a beautiful view (a rooftop, a tree, etc.)
