sora spent most of her childhood in a secluded orphanage. it is unknown in regard to where she was born, who, nor, what happened to her parents. the poor baby was left alone by herself in a frigid weather of ōsaka with a piece of a shabby letter, "the child's name will be sora. please take care of her and i am sorry."

her life wasn't that bad in particular. the caretaker made sure that all of the children got enough of warmth and love, so she never really complained about her condition. as a child, sora was a really bright and an honest kid, well-liked by people around her. there was never really the time when she has seen alone. it was a true bliss where everything in the world sparkled in the eyes of a child. then again, a child will never be satisfied with them alone.

much to her surprise, when she reached the age of 9, there was a young lad in his mid-20s who agreed to be her adoptive parent. his name is hosokawa heiji, a famed writer at that time. he raised sora by himself, showering her with much love that she longed for. after this encounter, she made a promise to Heiji that she will repay his kindness in the future.

later, sora was given the chance to get an education at school. her personality didn't change much. she is still exuberant, and eventually got a lot of friends. she also studied well enough to gain a scholarship, so Heiji won't bother to pay for her tuition. there was another thing that stood particularly in her ability, which is her digital artworks.

because of that reason, heiji persuaded her to polish her skill at one of top arts school in tokyo. she was a bit hesitant at first. sora wanted to work and repay his adoptive father's deeds as soon as possible. but heiji bluntly rejected her decision and told her that it is his duty as a parent to help sora achieving her dream. eventually, sora agreed to his offer and flew to tokyo after completing senior high.

she is now working as a freelance graphic designer and doing a part-time job as a waitress at a certain cafe near her apartment.
