- eat breakfast
- eat better
- have a normal sleep schedule
- be on time
- be organized
- exercise (work out for 3-5 times a week, mostly strength exercises)
- do NOT procrastinate
- carry a bottle of water in my purse
- form better study habits
- keep in touch with my friends (send cards, notes etc.)
- save money (use 80/20 rule)
- be more open to people
- choose extracurricular activities
- finish most of the schoolwork during the week (- free weekends!)
