increasing metabolism:

  • warm lemon water when waking up
  • always eat breakfast
  • don't skip meals
  • eat more organic
  • have a serving of protein in each meal
  • take your vitamins
    • need vitamin d and calcium since i can't drink regular milk
  • 3 cups of green tea a day (per meal)

workout routine:

  • workout after summer class
  • weight training
