increasing metabolism:
- warm lemon water when waking up
- always eat breakfast
- don't skip meals
- eat more organic
- have a serving of protein in each meal
- take your vitamins
- need vitamin d and calcium since i can't drink regular milk
- 3 cups of green tea a day (per meal)

- workout after summer class
- weight training
