• buy a new, wide angle lens for camera (that will fit both cameras)
• buy remote for camera
• buy tripod (best buy has some)
• work at fye and somewhere else
• apply at american apparel, barnes and noble, WHERE ELSE?
• save at least $500 for new york
• save some extra money for when school starts
• make art: drawings, photos, paint?, collage?, small sculptures, sewn things
• sell old cds to kenwood fye
• go get books on photography, art, printmaking, screenprinting and film at kenwood half price books
• watch video art
• look up suggested artists (from review, from kaveri)
• look at artists who are working with similar CONCEPTS
• read art magazines at the library and at barnes and noble (but don't buy them unless they're really good)
• learn to use our espresso maker
• make good coffee drinks
• "write" letters to kelly, brooke, tabatha, etc by recording sound files and putting them on blank cds
• more sketchbook work than last summer
• paint room?
• read books

basically, i need to work to earn money, look at lots of art, find artists i'm interested in/that inspire me/that share concepts with me, watch a lot of movies for their visual elements more than narrative, make art, listen to music, read books. BIG THINGS: WORK, MOVIES, ARTISTS, MAKE ART.
