It isn’t fair, Namjoon thinks, that someone like Seokjin, who loved the idea of destiny and had been looking forward to meeting his soulmate, is paired with someone like Yoongi, who hates it.
"I'll explain it slowly so you can understand. My wish is to travel to the future to my own wedding, get in, see who I'm marrying, find them in the present and get rid of all the middle junk. Understand?"
In which Seokjin makes a wish to crash his own wedding and it actually comes true.
Yoongi may have discovered he has a kink involving Seokjin's face.
Due to a misinterpretation of Yoongi's newest song, the public and press think rapper Yoongi completely dissed idol Jin in his newest release.
After the world is struck with a virus that robs people of their senses, Yoongi becomes Seokjin’s eyes and Seokjin becomes Yoongi’s voice.
In their last year of senior high school, Seokjin makes it a point to try to get himself a boyfriend.
Yoongi hates it more than he lets on.
yoongi is a barista who has mastered latte art as well as the art of promiscuity and seokjin is a virgin who has never really liked coffee.
"What do you think Jinnie-hyung is hiding underneath those sweaters?" Taehyung asks suddenly.
What he's hiding under those sweaters, Yoongi finds out, is a narrow waist that is too tempting for Yoongi's own good.
The only thing he remembers about the water is darkness and coldness, and then a sudden flash of dark maroon before something seems to pull him out of the water. He tells his therapist later on, who frowns and says, you mean like.. a mermaid?
Money had a way of making people want it more and more. No wonder greed was a deadly sin. It’d actually left a victim in its wake.
“Okay. Okay, don’t get mad. But I guess-” Jimin’s voice comes out in one rushed breath. “Basically everyone thinks that you and Seokjin have been in a relationship since the start of university. A serious relationship. Like, ‘get married, have two-and-a-half kids and a white picket fence’ shit. And, um. Turns out- that’s not true? You’re actually just friends and have been the entire time?”
Yoongi had never really thought about it until Jimin brings it up. Then suddenly he’s thinking about it all the time.
Jungkook is smart for his age. He knows this. His Daddy said so. He can see things beyond the mask and hear the truth under lies. It scares his Appa how smart he is that Jungkook decides to stay quiet with his observations.
“Heeyeon nana,” he whispers over his nanny’s story. They were reading The Great Gilly Hopkins that Jungkook got from his Uncle Namjoon.
Heeyeon smiles at him, tucking the boy in her arms. “Yes, Kookie?”
“Do Daddy and Appa love each other?” he innocently asks. Heeyeon still has the smile but Jungkook could see the confusion swimming in her eyes.
“Why yes, of course.”
That is a lie. Like the marriage photos of his parents in the living room or the family picture they took during Jungkook’s first birthday. Everything is a lie and for the first time, Jungkook realizes that he is not the only one staying quiet with their observations.
Or in which Jungkook discovers that his parents were in an arranged marriage.
When he is sixteen, Seokjin learns from a fortune teller that he’s going to marry Min Yoongi.
The thing is, Seokjin really doesn't like Yoongi, so of course he does everything in his power to make sure this will never happen.
They were different, he and Yoongi. Yoongi was rough around the edges but soft on the inside. Jin was smooth to the eye, but if you looked closer, there were jagged thoughts and complicated twists just under the surface. They were different, they were opposites, but there was a balance, just like he’d thought there would be.
For all their differences, they approached music the same way, and held some of the same philosophies on life, so it seemed.
There was enough common ground there to build on. They’d be friends, Jin knew that much. Friends and collaborators.
When Kim Seokjin comes to save his father from the gang called the Beasts, Suga - the leader - isn't willing to let him go that easily. A debt has to be paid off, after all. Seokjin is made prisoner and Suga has to deal with the unexpected consequences that follow.
The fans have noticed that Yoongi and Seokjin seem to have grown apart and are blaming it on Seokjin; Yoongi wants to show them the truth.
Or, five of the many times Yoongi cared about Seokjin, only five that he let the world see.
Yoongi tries to find his definition of home—but it’s easier said than done when his home is six thousand miles apart from him.
It sounded perfect. Seokjin had the Sight, had met his soulmate, was already best friends with him, even. It was a set-up for the perfect storybook ending only seen in sappy romantic comedies. Except for one thing.
Min Yoongi hated the idea of the red strings.
or, the one where Seokjin can see the red strings between soulmates, and his soulmate is the cynic who wants nothing to do with it.
Seokjin thinks that his patients aren’t ill, only a little broken. But maybe he has been so naive about it.
"Seokjin is resorted to making a promise when he meets a cruel, black-haired demon spirit..."
It wasn't like Yoongi had planned this--the beginning or the end. But with how everything went, it's hard to imagine things winding up any other way.
Jin is a single father, working two jobs to care for his daughter.
Yoongi is a lonely man with a big wallet.
Yoongi’s had people get down on hands and knees, crying, begging to be spared or to be given extra time, and he’s also had to rough up others who try to cheat him out of what’s owed, but he’s never once felt like he couldn’t do his job. That is, until he encounters Seokjin.
Min Yoongi is the perfect son of his parents. Being expelled from school made his parents sent him to his aunt's place. Deokjong? He wish he was in hell until he met this Kim Seokjin.
The whole korean entertainment industry knew Agust D hated Kim Seokjin.
The whole korean entertainment industry knew nothing.
In which Yoongi, Seokjin and Hoseok are tangled in the worst kind of love triangle.
Or the one where Yoongi likes Seokjin but Seokjin likes Hoseok.
"so… how do you two know each other?"
seokjin looks at yoongi and just as quickly looks away. "we met at a club."
"and a few times since," yoongi adds.
"ahhh. so a one night stand turned friends with benefits?" yoongi punches jungkook in the arm at the same time that seokjin reaches out to give him a smack on the neck.
"we literally just bump into each other you piece of shit," seokjin says with flushed ears
or
5 times seokjin and yoongi meet by accident +1 time it was planned
Music is what brought them together, so it was uncalled for that it would pull them apart. But music is what bound them back in the end, because they were each other's first love.
Yoongi remembers the days when things seemed to be alright. His lover thrived off the scents of candles lit up with the pink lighter hidden in a little chest on his dresser. He himself wasn't fond of it, but the subtle smoke brought by the flame never failed to soothe his troubled mind.
He wonders where things went wrong.
“It was just an accident, Yoongi.”
It’s six in the morning and all Yoongi wants is some fucking coffee.
(Not to be, not to be assaulted with a possibly illegal stare and a smile that could probably bring dead flowers back to life, god dammit)
