my husband is currently on a health kick and i am kicking and screaming my way to the same place. this is a list of things that would probably help me.
- no soda
- no french fries
- no fast food stops
- yes daily walks
- think of the dogs & the shelter trails
- yes weekly pilates
- yes healthy breakfast
- protein and fresh fruit or vegetables
- no donuts
- have to say that out loud, just in case
- yes running errands
- yes moderation
- lean cuisine doesn't count if you add another meal
