my husband is currently on a health kick and i am kicking and screaming my way to the same place. this is a list of things that would probably help me.

  • no soda
      • seriously, i mean it
  • no french fries
  • no fast food stops
  • yes daily walks
      • think of the dogs & the shelter trails
  • yes weekly pilates
  • yes healthy breakfast
      • protein and fresh fruit or vegetables
  • no donuts
      • have to say that out loud, just in case
  • yes running errands
      • stop being lazy
  • yes moderation
      • lean cuisine doesn't count if you add another meal
