i managed to get through an extremely stressful month and still lose 3 pounds! that means just 47 left to lose (hopefully by october). this list includes attempts to be healthy again.

  • 27mar: walk with the boys (1 hour 10 minutes)
  • 17mar: walk with boys over break (20 minutes)
  • 16mar: walk with brewer over break (15 minutes)
  • 12mar: spa weekend destress
  • 03mar: chose peanuts over pie
  • 02mar: chose veggies over onion rings
