- develop a more regimented study routine. less procrastinating.
- put time into your personal style & wear outfits you truly love
- spend adequate time on hair/skin care
- cut down on screen time
- finish 2 books a month
- listen to one new album a week
- get fresh air! go on more walks & spend mornings on the patio.
- reply to your friends on time. don't self-isolate.
- journal more. at least once a week, if not daily.
