• Not be late in any meetings/appointment(if ever ma-late, until 5-10 lates lang for the year)
  • As much as possible, resist lovelife. Concentrate muna sa studies
  • Live a healthy lifestyle
    • drink at least 8 glasses of water
    • sleep 6hrs-8hrs a day
    • exercise once or twice a week as long as you never miss a workout a week
    • Read Bible scriptures everyday
    • More fruits, less junk foods
    • Have a new hobby
  • Wake up at least 2hrs before departure sa house
  • Wear trainer braces every night
  • Always look your best
