- have Canadian bacon
- sleep in Seattle (after watching 'Sleepless in Seattle')
- climb the Eiffel Tower (or at least take the elevator up)
- read every Sylvia Plath poem out loud
- see Mumford & Sons in concert (preferably in Ireland) with Meredith
- attempt to cross the Rio Grande
- backpack through Europe and live out of hostiles & a backpack & have disposable cameras & stuff
- make guacamole in Mexico with Mexicans
