  • trying a new trail for my morning walk
  • take a pilates class or pottery workshop.
  • try to make my own scented candles.
  • painting stones, making a clay jewelry plate

slowing down.

  • going on no distraction walks:
    • (no music, no podcast, no replying to texts)
  • stop multitasking:
    • (eat without scrolling, watching tv and scrolling)
  • create transition rituals between tasks:
    • (light a candle in the morning, make tea, 5 min meditation before bed.)
