i have been diagnosed with the following:

• major depression i'm working on getting better, im doing well
• generalized anxiety disorder i'm working on my anxiety as well, i used to have a panic attack at least once a day and now i barely have them
• hyperactive attention disorder in simple terms, i have trouble paying attention and staying on track. i may not message someone back, or just be forgetful in general, all over the place, racing thoughts, etc. pls just be patient with me (-:
