• Build a blanket fort.
  • Read your favourite book in one go.
  • Listen to your 10 favourite CDs while singing along, and possibly dancing.
  • Write a love letter to yourself.
  • Go on a mini road trip or bike trip.
  • Take an extensive lunch break somewhere green.
  • Cook or bake your favourite meal and practice the art of slow eating.
  • Go outside, take your camera and try to take a photo of everything beautiful or interesting you spot on your way around the neighbourhood. Back home, watch your photos in a slide show. Maybe you can even make up stories around the photos.
  • Write a short story.
