- aroma therapy (lemon balm for calm sleep)
- half an hour of doing absolutely nothing
- half an evening hour of reflecting the past day
- half a morning hour to meditate and reflect the coming day
- start and end the day with a mug of tea
- start and end the day by reading a few pages
- make a positivity list for every day
- stick to a regular sleep pattern
- half an hour of walking in the fresh air
- half an hour of exercising in the morning
- proper healthy meals 3 times a day
- check on priorities as often as possible
- plan one quick fun thing a day, possibly something out of the ordinary
weekly
- write at least one letter a week
- spend some quality time under trees or by water or possibly both
- exercise properly until happy exhaustion
