intentions

  • work on my avoidance tendencies & anxiety; stop letting work accumulate, face social situations, rewire my brain to stop worrying about everything.
  • develop the most healthy habits i can to stop my body from hurting all the time.
  • learn how to learn, how to study smart. stop overworking myself.
  • get really deep into a healthy hobby, find something that makes me stop living on autopilot.
  • believe change can happen. commit to it, be patient, stick with it until it works. build that self-discipline muscle.
