There's a subtle difference between 'art' and 'aesthetics'.. while the two are often intermingled, and there meanings confused with each other,the stark difference is, that while art is open to interpretation.. aesthetics revolve around beauty only. Park Jimin is a model, living life in the monochrome, Kim Taehyung is the new make up artist who's personality is chaotic and wild.

But chaos can be colorful.

He didn’t need Jimin to tell him how hard it would be, how he’s asked questions, and how people like them tend to disappear. He knew what would happen if someone found out. He knew, because he was weird, because he was different, because he attracted weird things, because nothing good that happened to him would ever be a normal good, and because he knew he needed Jimin.

He'd read once about a fairy who loved a human girl so much that she went to the high counsel and asked for sacred magic to turn her human; warp the universe so that she would have an identity, a place in the world with this girl. They granted her wish, and she and the girl lived happily forever.

Taehyung, however, was not a fairy. He was a pixie. There was no high counsel of pixies that possessed special magic. Fairies had hierarchies because their magic could be dangerous, pixies didn't have such a thing. He'd been taught that the ancient pixie elders, much before his time, gave up the use of dangerous magic in hopes it would create less chaos in the world. All pixies have is what they need.
