After losing his wife and unborn child, Hwang In-ho retreats from the world, running his vast estate from behind locked doors and early-morning departures.
Seong Gi-hun, a single father doing his best to stay strong for his young daughter, takes a job as the manor's gardener, unaware of the grief embedded in the grounds.
When the children stumble upon a forgotten garden and begin to restore it in secret, long-buried memories and emotions are unearthed alongside it.
A Secret Garden-inspired AU
A birthday. A night that changed everything. A year apart. Sometimes, love takes time to catch up.
Seong Gi-hun is a method actor who enrolls in a university ethics course to prepare for a role, because understanding how people think matters to him. He doesn’t expect Professor Hwang In-ho, and he definitely doesn’t expect him to matter as much as he does.
Six years after the death of his wife, In-ho is coerced into a first date with a fellow widow. While it isn’t a complete disaster, it just proves to him what he already knows - he is not ready to move on and probably never will be. Yet less than 12 hours later, he finds himself hooking up with the most ridiculous, compelling man he has ever met. He will just have to plead insanity.
In-ho and Gi-hun try to navigate the transition from “casual sex” to “living together” and “addressing their feelings”. Results may vary and bystanders aren't spared.
Gi-hun teaches at a local school, where he meets In-ho, the older brother of one of his students and the man who never fails to show up. Over the course of the school year, In-ho becomes more than a familiar face, and Gi-hun becomes uncomfortably aware of the tension between them. They spend the year circling each other, careful, restrained, and very aware of what they’re not doing.
Jungbae thinks Inho is weird and even the kind hearted Ali supports him. Gihun loves his friends- he really does but Inho is just so sweet and clueless . How could he ever be anything but gentle and loving, right?
Gi-hun, out with friends, is kissed by a stranger at the bar. In-ho, who had initially stayed home, arrives to find the unexpected scene—and the sight of Gi-hun in someone else’s arms shatters something inside him. Consumed by rage and jealousy, their emotions collide, and possessiveness burns. In that heated moment, a painful truth emerges: love has the power to tear apart, leaving scars that run deeper than any physical wound.
Seong Gi-hun is deep in debt that he can't pay off on his own, so he doesn't find it in himself to turn down a rather mysterious offer to spend a week with a man who is willing to pay generously for his time. He takes the risk, and then does it again and again while In-ho watches and teases him. As the vampire sinks his fangs into the man's neck, he thinks he is the one in control, completely oblivious to the rope rapidly wrapping around his own neck. Luckily for him, Gi-hun himself doesn't know that he's the one holding the other end of his leash.
Hwang In-ho encounters Seong Gi-hun more than once, and each time, Gi-hun wedges himself deeper inside his mind. In-ho has been devoid of personhood for years, since his wife's death, but hope is a powerful thing. So, too, is love.
FAKE DATING AU. No Squid Games, just other trauma and the power of grief competing with the audacity of hope.
Inho is a lonely police officer, he catches a young wannabe thief Gihun trying to steal and it strikes up an unexpected connection between the two.
Hwang Jun-ho, while a good kid, is still, thoroughly, a toddler.
His priorities change with little-to-no warning, and as such, In-ho struggles to come up with a present that'll be just right for him that upcoming Christmas. Luckily, he throws him a bone, sniffling about a specific toy store tucked away in Ssangmun-dong.
The owner may prove to be a problem for In-ho's psyche.
Gi-hun opens his shop to broken glass and a ruined morning. Detective Hwang In-ho arrives calm, competent, and entirely too distracting. What starts as a police report turns into coffee, lingering looks, and the quiet realization that Gi-hun does not want to let this moment pass.
A young prince, Seong Gi-hun, befriends a young knight, Hwang In-ho. On his 18th birthday the two are reunited and an undeniable spark forms between them.
Their actions will shape and change the kingdom forever.
Seong Gi-hun despised the idea of glorifying pirates, too bad one of them can't dare to look away from him.
Uni is starting soon, so Gi-hun sneaks out to Jun-ho's party for fun. He doesn't expect to meet his best friend's older brother. And In-ho isn't as old and gray as he assumed him to be for a workaholic detective.
Gi-hun is having a bad day and decides to go into a bar to unwind a bit, but ends up managing to make a fool of himself in front of a handsome stranger and realize that he might not be as straight as he thought he was, again, because of that very stranger. Or the story of how a random phrase about hands leads to a domino effect of Gi-hun learning a lot of new information about himself.
Gihun sneaks away to take a smoke, but gets caught by no other than the Class President, Inho. Will Inho spare Gihun or will he get him into trouble that he can't afford?
“Ah, Young-il!” A little thrill goes through Gi-hun. He didn’t think Young-il would be in today, he’s never this late— Gi-hun waves at him.
Young-il nods sharply, and goes directly into Mr. Jang’s office.
“Ah.” Gi-hun says.
“You’re wasting your time with that one.” Jung-bae says.
Gi-hun sucks air through his teeth. “I can’t help it, he was so nice when he first joined us, I don’t know what happened.”
“It’s only been two months, you’re acting like he joined us years ago.” Jung-bae says, turning back to his computer and ignoring Gi-hun. “He doesn’t even come out with us any more.”
“Doesn’t it feel like we’ve known him for longer? We’ve only been on the office floor for a year, it feels like he came up here when we did.” Gi-hun chews on his lip. He feels a little like he might have scared Young-il off, what with the one time that they almost-

One night of bad decisions turns into a full-blown medical emergency when Gi-hun realizes his one night stand is his superior. Dr. Hwang In-ho is all rules and restraint—until he isn’t.
The wedding is a merger—power and money in exchange of one reluctant groom. Gi-hun didn’t plan to marry Seoul’s most ruthless businessman, but when In-ho makes an offer his failing family can’t refuse, he says yes to a life he never wanted. Cold hands, unreadable eyes, and a kiss that isn’t really a kiss—Gi-hun’s new husband is a mystery wrapped in control. But beneath the icy surface, something dangerous—and tender—waits to unravel them both.
Gi-hun didn’t expect to fall in love—not with the distant, silver-masked prince he was promised to, and certainly not with the soft-spoken stranger who offered him kindness in the quiet corners of town. But as the wedding draws near and secrets stir just beneath the surface, he begins to wonder: can the heart recognize the same soul, no matter the face it wears?
Gi-hun is a rising star with red hair, a silver tongue, and a hit film lighting up the press. In-ho is the bodyguard who never leaves his side—calm, cold, and fiercely protective. As cameras flash and rumors swirl about Gi-hun’s on-screen chemistry, it's the off-screen tension that might really catch fire.
Volunteer child advocate Seong Gi-hun and Detective Hwang In-ho keep crossing paths around the station, always in moments too busy to stop. A quiet Christmas Eve finally gives them time they never had before. It isn’t dramatic, just small kindnesses, warm conversations, and someone staying when he didn’t have to. Winter gives them a slow beginning, and something real starts in the quiet.
(Set in Seoul 1999. Featuring: One disaster bisexual, one ex-cop turned gosiwon manager, and a love story that shouldn’t have worked but somehow did.)
The time Gihun became Inho's roommate and they work together to solve the case of a serial dognapper while also trying to muddle through their growing feelings for each other.
Inho and Gihun had been broken up for two months, neither ready to give in and apologize. Neither willing to start the conversation. However, both can’t seem to stay away from each other and begin a toxic push and pull. It all starts when Gihun schemes to lure Inho back to him to help let off some steam- all while Jungbae is unwillingly stuck in the middle of it.
A speeding ticket, a smoking police car, and a mechanic who can’t stop talking his way into trouble. Gi-hun’s just trying to survive the week—until Officer Hwang In-ho walks back into his garage, and one night of “blackmailed overtime” turns into soju, soft confessions, and something neither of them planned for.
Gi-hun just wants a peppermint mocha to get through December. In-ho just wants his coffee without whipped cream. A barista calls them “boyfriends” by mistake, and neither of them bother to correct her. One shared holiday routine becomes something warmer than either expected.
