The man is soaking wet, sitting on his ass in a puddle as the rain beats down on him. He looks up at In-ho and smiles apologetically. “Am I in your way? I dropped my ticket down the drain.”
“Ticket?” In-ho asks.
“Lottery. I won a hundred thousand won. I think I can get it back.” The man’s legs are spread around a drain, he’s looking through the gaps, the gaps with water flowing through them, no doubt washing the ticket out of reach, ruining it.
Winning forty five point six billion won took the joy out of gambling for In-ho, but a year ago he was in the same place as this man.
Gihun is in a world where everybody lives but he believes the Inho here is still manipulative. So, he makes it a personal mission to be nice to everybody...Except Inho.
