Spicy Yogurt Sauce-
- 1 container 6oz plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, store in fridge until using.
- Serve over meat, tomato, cucumber (lettuce/onion/ green/red pepper opt), in a pita!
KALE CHIPS-
- (bake torn pieces of kale, sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled lightly with salt until crispy in a 400 degree oven; have as many as you want!)

- zucchini chips
- apple chips
- Sweet potato
- Banana
- peach/nectarine
- Pear
