Spicy Yogurt Sauce-

  • 1 container 6oz plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, store in fridge until using.
  • Serve over meat, tomato, cucumber (lettuce/onion/ green/red pepper opt), in a pita!

KALE CHIPS-

  • (bake torn pieces of kale, sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled lightly with salt until crispy in a 400 degree oven; have as many as you want!)
