  • Sliced tomato & mozz, basil, salt & pepper on 2 Wasa rye crackers.
  • V8 V-Fusion Smoothie & handful of soy nuts.
  • Box chocolate milk (not need refrigeration) & handful of almonds.
  • 8in WG tortilla w/ 1 1/2 tbs neufchatel cheese mixed w/ 1 tbs salsa.
  • 1/4 cup red pepper hummus w/ sugar snap peas / radishes.
  • Cucumber wheels with 1/2 cup mixture of pesto & plain nf Greek yogurt.
  • Small bowl of strawberries/bananas dipped in 2 tbs chocolate sauce.
  • Slices from 1 apple dipped in 2 tbs caramel sauce.
  • 2 graham crackers smeared w/ 1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese, sprinkled with lemon zest/cinnamon.
  • KALE CHIPS- (bake torn pieces of kale, sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled lightly with salt until crispy in a 400 degree oven; have as many as you want!)
