- microwaveable bowl of soup (minestrone/chicken and rice).
- Pkgd instant plain oatmeal w/ dry peaches/cranberries & 1 tbs walnuts.
- Nutty Kind bar & apple/clementine.
- 1/4 cup each of roasted edamame and baked apple chips.
- Sliced tomato & mozz, basil, salt & pepper on 2 Wasa rye crackers.
- V8 V-Fusion Smoothie & handful of soy nuts.
- Box chocolate milk (not need refrigeration) & handful of almonds.
- 8in WG tortilla w/ 1 1/2 tbs neufchatel cheese mixed w/ 1 tbs salsa.
- 1/4 cup red pepper hummus w/ sugar snap peas / radishes.
- Cucumber wheels with 1/2 cup mixture of pesto & plain nf Greek yogurt.
- Small bowl of strawberries/bananas dipped in 2 tbs chocolate sauce.
- Slices from 1 apple dipped in 2 tbs caramel sauce.
- 2 graham crackers smeared w/ 1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese, sprinkled with lemon zest/cinnamon.
