i am so stressed out lately! so i am going to do an experiment where i do the opposite of what i usually do!
My Experiment
- sing cherry wine and pretend i sound as good as hozier
- think about caroline polachek music videos all day
- roll all my change and put it in a box
- cook and pack some food 4 fun
- leave ur computer @ home and read books at night
- call your friends on the phone more
- everytime you want to use fb play the pizza game or sailor moon crystal
- hang out with some new friends!
- invite them places with u
- take ur vitamins and schedule a doc appt.
- go on a subjective components walk
- dress like jenny slate
- make your decisions in 10 seconds for fun
What I Usually Do
- think about stressful things all day
- feel like a victim and wish i could move out
- lay in my bed and use my laptop
- spend a lot of money on food
- make sure no one knows how i feel emotionally
- obsessively check social media
- ignore my health
- shop to feel better
- talk to a few people
- mistrust new friends
- go a lot of places by myself
- ignore my plants
- have to plan everything
- stress over clothes
- second guess all my decisions
