• write simply gdi! idk why i feel compelled to write sophisticatedly
• improve phrasing and check diction! don't convolute
• avoid repetition! don't contradict within a sentence
• state disclaimers in the standfirst, or at the end (more professional)
• don't overpromise in briefs
• maintain grammatical person narrative!
• WISHBs!!! always fact-check
• don't make big statements unless the story is BIG
• try to play more with foreground/background elements in photos
• have a purpose to what i'm shooting! (esp in journ)
• capture the story before thinking of fanciful shooting techniques!

➥ digital storytelling

• get into the game even tho u hate it
• try to dive and learn more about digital marketing
• be more attentive to digital ads
• attend more of such classes for experience!!! (grades are secondary)
• see how it applies to stuff i like!
