• take a nice long shower
    • wash your face afterwards
    • dry up as fast as you can
    • then put on comfy clothes
  • take a little walk and pick up the mail
  • exercise: dance, yoga, workout videos, whatever
  • lie down, close your eyes, put on a playlist or album, and do nothing else
  • journal out your feelings
  • resist the urge:
    • to scroll social media
    • to get nostalgic
    • to binge eat
  • start a new craft project
  • doodle a picture. be happy with it and tape it to the wall
  • take some dumb-looking selfies with filters
