• this is Not self promo but my blog on tumblr @discodowne is v comforting it's a collection of cool aesthetically pleasing gifs n I always visit it when I'm dissociating
• anything Spider-Man related
• my friends <3 (if ur my mutual ur my friend n i love you oops) chances r if I'm feeling shitty and u say 1(one) word to me I'll feel supported n much better im v low maintenance

comfort characters:

• Matt Murdock (I lov him big his smile makes me smile if I'm doing bad pls send me pics of Matt Murdock thanks)
• real life person so not really a character but Jake Gyllenhaal is my fuckin Boy he’s like actual sunshine in human form with endless talent
• Spider-Man (my kins n comfort characters r different of course but Spider-Man is always a comfort and v important character to me)
• like anyone from Psych that show means the world to me

comfort shows:

• Psych (again,, means the world to me this show is my life I’d talk it up anytime anywhere)
• The Office (I don’t love every part of The Office like Psych but this show is v much home to me and I’ve seen it so many times it’s familiarity is v comforting)
• Daredevil (actually watching the show can b pretty damn stressful but I Love this show it is Beautiful and I’d die for it’s characters)
• Brooklyn Nine-Nine (such a good wholesome show please)

comfort animals:

• cats (especially my cat willow if ur one of my close friends you've heard me talk abt her at least once)
• fish , especially bettas that r primarily black n blue w a red fin (don't ask)
• reptiles n birbs, both v soft n important 1v1 me if u disagree
