- the whole Heslach quarter: a cute book shop, market stalls, delikatessen shops and so close to the forest
- finding 'Die Wilden Hühner auf Klassenfahrt' for free on the side of the road, taking it with me, reading it
- Taylor Swift got an honorary doctorate from NYU today
- a peach-vanilla evening sky with low clouds
- buying cute new washi tapes (one of them has little bikes on it and says ‘hello sunshine’) & paper stickers
- the fact that the paper feed i use the most at work now on the new printer is called 'bypass' and every time i use it i have to chuckle because i feel like a doctor for a split second
- having had a really good ear-ring day, no itching at all, and it’s just a great hair-cut
- Suhrkamp is going to publish "Cain’s Jawbone" this autumn! It’ll even have pre-perforated pages
- Pam and Caspar the soprano chihuahua, who is so keen on singing he can barely contain himself
