- finding and entering the beautiful Rizzoli Bookstore
- grocery shopping at Trader Joe's ♥
- walking around in Manhattan and doing things, then looking up at the skyscrapers and suddenly realizing that i'm in New York City
- the Union Square Greenmarket!
- a Saturday with a blue sky, warm sunshine, going to the laundromat my very first time in the US
- browsing through yelp to find the nicest and fanciest cafés in the city, looking forward to checking out

- i'm going to see Neil Gaiman in conversation with Junot Diaz on Nov 9th in Brooklyn! YAY!
- i got handed my first very own edition of Time Out New York for free when coming out of the subway this morning :)
- i had lunch in Union Square Park in sunshine and 20 degree Celsius weather today
- and walked over Brooklyn Bridge during sunset on my way home ♥
- i just bought bus tickets to go to Philadelphia this upcoming Sunday! PHILLY, BABY! So excited ~ really wanna visit this bookstore there
- i got my first haircut in NYC today :)
- i bought an edition of 'American Gods' in a secondhand bookstore in Philadelphia, so actually on the road in America - the perfect way to look forward to Neil Gaiman's talk in November!
- mango black tea with a big splash of almond milk
- how fantastic my new Target jeans look and feel! ♥
- Wednesdays are Time Out New York days :) they really seem to hand them out for free every week!
