- fresh, velvety, delicious figs ♥
- the first conkers ~ so shiny and pretty
- both the bank employee and the lady in the department store being really nice & helpful just because :)
- how supereasy and virtually painless my last treatment at the dentist was
- really nice and fragrant Earl Grey tea at the Ostasiatische Museum with Maman + Win
- walking along Brooklyn Bridge in beaming sunshine + riding the Staten Island Ferry to see the Statue of Liberty!
- having a raspberry popsicle ♥ at The High Line Park

- 'Trader Joe's'! Affordable, brilliant vegan alternatives, tea and even shampoo!
- having my first real toasted bagel w/ sun dried tomato cream cheese at 'Absolute Bagels'
- taking walks for hours in still lush green Central Park ~ I'll come back here when the leaves are yellow and red in later autumn and in winter for the ice rink for sure
- how much i've missed books, tea and blogging. they really are the things that keep me grounded + make me happy
- the Housing Works bookstore (and thrift shops) and the amazing Penguin Ink edition of 'Bridget Jones's Diary' that i got there
