trying to live more minimalistic

MORNINGS.

  • wake up at 7-7:30 AM. even on weekends!
  • cleanse/wash face & brush teeth and hair
  • clean nose ring
    • OPTIONAL: do makeup & hair if i want to that day
  • coffee or tea and something small to eat for breakfast
    • make sure i'm caught up on all schoolwork in the meantime
  • get to class at least 5 minutes early
  • check social media only after all of these things or if i have small times in between
  • clean nose ring

AFTERNOONS.

  • eat a clean & vegetarian/pescatarian lunch, take iron and zinc pills
  • read at for at least 30 minutes. do this instead of scroll through twitter aimlessly.
  • try to keep up with a vlog/blog of some sorts. even if nobody watches/reads
  • check blackboard and adjust plans accordingly

NIGHTS.

  • shower and brush teeth
  • clean nose ring
  • journal and write to nicholas.
  • read before bed instead of scrolling through social media
