trying to live more minimalistic
MORNINGS.
- wake up at 7-7:30 AM. even on weekends!
- cleanse/wash face & brush teeth and hair
- clean nose ring
- OPTIONAL: do makeup & hair if i want to that day
- coffee or tea and something small to eat for breakfast
- make sure i'm caught up on all schoolwork in the meantime
- get to class at least 5 minutes early
- check social media only after all of these things or if i have small times in between
- clean nose ring
AFTERNOONS.
- eat a clean & vegetarian/pescatarian lunch, take iron and zinc pills
- read at for at least 30 minutes. do this instead of scroll through twitter aimlessly.
- try to keep up with a vlog/blog of some sorts. even if nobody watches/reads
- check blackboard and adjust plans accordingly
NIGHTS.
- shower and brush teeth
- clean nose ring
- journal and write to nicholas.
- read before bed instead of scrolling through social media
