- Fun New Years Eve playing with the babies, playing drinking games and dancing with the cousins. Lowlight was stuffing up the Mannequin Challenge lol
- Field Day 2017 i.e. my first ever music festival!!! Highlights: being with friends, dancing, realising festivals aren’t that bad and Australian crowds aren’t that mean; and then grooving to AlunaGeorge, Chance and Gambino (1/1)
- Thai dinner with Tita Joiji, Martyn and gang near UTS; The Courthouse (Newtown) for drinks, The Marlborough Hotel (Newtown) for a boogie [where they played the best mix of music], then an early morning Maccas run with the cousins at Stanmore (6/1)
- My Despedida with the Maneze family / first sit-down and Kamayan feast! Bo was the "Lechon de Leche" of the table. Mum surprised (and embarrassed) me with a dedication book. I also played mahjong for the first time with the Tita's and said goodbye to everyone. Friends then came and we chilled, drank and played Faking It (7/1)
- Kat and Archie's house warming where I got to interact with Faye for a bit and hugged her and Lily. Also said my final goodbyes to the family! After, I went to church for the first time in ages with my family before I leave (8/1)
- Sushi with mum and catch up with Rachel over Max Brenner (9/1)
- Whole day cleaning and packing; dinner with fam @ Rashays (10/1)
