- Get up before 11 a.m.
- Write 5 blog posts
- Eat 3 meals (at least 1 fruit + veggie + protein per meal)
- 1-2 reps of "30 Day Shred" OR 20 minutes bike riding OR 30 minutes walking/playing
- Find 1 source
- Take medicine
- 10 minutes of sunlight
- 5-10 minutes of cleaning
- No calorie counting
- No scales
WEEKLY GOALS (any day)
- Talk to a stranger (beyond basic politeness) at least 1x
MONTHLY GOALS (July 7)
- Re-evaluate daily/weekly goals
REWARDS
- If I do all my daily/weekly goals for 1 week: Make-up/clothing purchase
- If I do all my daily/weekly goals for 1 month: Super cool purchase/reward that I will think of later
- If I stick with this plan and do it most of the time and don't completely give up, even if I mess up, for 1 month: Dye streak/tips/something BRIGHT COLORED to symbolize my success
