- exercise w/a buddy regularly!
- doesn't have to be in the gym! can be outside, walking!
- eat better.
- no DC desserts!
- more salads! try to put less dressing on.
- keep a food diary on LJ every day.
- record your bad moods/day to see if patterns exist.
- record your moods before/after/days after drinking to see if drinking negatively affects your mood.
- tell dr. v about your sads.
- write in your journal!!!
