  • eat better.
    • no DC desserts!
    • more salads! try to put less dressing on.
  • keep a food diary on LJ every day.
  • record your bad moods/day to see if patterns exist.
  • record your moods before/after/days after drinking to see if drinking negatively affects your mood.
  • tell dr. v about your sads.
  • write in your journal!!!
