• accept things for how they are. stop expecting so much and just take things for how they are.
  • learn to treasure what i have NOW. no more thinking the good things are going to last forever and stay the same.
  • become content with myself. stop looking to others for how i feel about things. that needs to come from inside of me.
  • do not worry so much. things will work out the way they are supposed to.
