Unfortunately, I'm currently inactive there due to my laziness, but if I have motivation, I may come back eventually. But I still recommend you this site.
- https://aidn.jp/contents - Vocaloid producer Daniwell (aka aidn) is not only the musician who created Nyan Cat's music but also a coder. Here on that site, you can find their interactive thingies. One of the most famous is Wonder of Wonder Art, which gained some popularity a few years ago.
- Satsuyako (さつやこ), a Japanese font creator, has two sites, https://www.asterism-m.com/ (old) and https://satsuyako.com/ (new). The old site both contains free cute Japanese fonts. The new site contains not only the new version of the Cherry Bomb font, but also paid fonts like Love Letter. You can buy the paid fonts on her Booth (https://satsuyako.booth.pm/) to support her. The fonts you can see especially in the old website are actually used in IbisPaint as one of the cloud fonts. My personal favorite is the Cherry Bomb font. Satsuyako's old site also contains web design stuff, found by clicking the "Images" tab at the left of the "book" (web page box thing).
- http://web.archive.org/web/*/https://nonty.net/* - nontydotnet was(?) a site where you could download cute fonts, and is run by a person known as Nozomi Seto/Norio Kanisawa (afaik). Unfortunately, the site seems to be gone as it leaves you with a 404 page. However, her fonts are fortunately archived by the Wayback Machine. You can also download her favicons in the archive. Like Satsuyako's, Nonty's fonts can be also found in IbisPaint. My personal favorite is Hachi Maru Pop.
