- 'Jem and the Holograms' and 'SailorMoon' are still on tv
- people throw masquerade parties (more often)
- wars are fought with paintballs
- So. Korea and Japan are but a driving distance away from SoCal
- kittiens stay small forever
- you never have to watch what you eat!
- concerts that you can't get good tickets for are size-order anyway
