- Having already graduated from either USC or Oregon with a Masters in Architecture.
- Working with Mr. Estrada in his architecture firm.
- Already have designed several buildings.
- Owning more than 1 car.
- Living in a house that i designed myself.
- Having a wife and being in mutual love.
- Possibly having a child.
- Still being close with my friends.
- Having paid all my college loans. (yes, I'm already thinking about that.)
- Being friends with Zach Braff.
- Having a glorious beard.
