- foods to avoid: greasy/oily foods, foods with a lot of processed sugar, foods with a lot of saturated fat (e.g. sweet pastries like chocolate chip muffins, asian take out food)
- exercise up to 3 times a week (at least 1 weight training session per week)
- step up the intensity whenever you exercise
- drink lots of water
- avoid late night snacks at all costs for now
- include more vegetables in diet
- if need be, use iprofile to keep track of your diet and exercise routine
