• foods to avoid: greasy/oily foods, foods with a lot of processed sugar, foods with a lot of saturated fat (e.g. sweet pastries like chocolate chip muffins, asian take out food)
  • exercise up to 3 times a week (at least 1 weight training session per week)
  • step up the intensity whenever you exercise
  • drink lots of water
  • avoid late night snacks at all costs for now
  • include more vegetables in diet
  • if need be, use iprofile to keep track of your diet and exercise routine
