  • coloring, preferably mandalas
  • diaphragmatic breathing
  • getting a massage
  • going for a walk
  • guided meditation (sometimes)
  • listen to spotify playlists
  • listening to an audio book
  • progressive muscle relaxation
  • reading for a while
  • snuggle with hot water bottle or rice bag
  • talking to my wife or my therapist
  • watching a favorite movie
  • working out, preferably intense cardio or weights
  • write down a list of the things i'm anxious about, and sometimes rationalize them also
