- No TV While Eating...!!!
- only spend as much time watching TV as you do exercising (this is the one I'm not going to adhere to very much)
- make a weekly TV schedule
- No Sugar
- No Snacks
- only fruits or veggies
- V8!!!!! yumyumyumyumyum
- list of activities to distract me from snacking:
- reading!!
- watching tv.... not
- cleaning room
- make out with andrew
- call and talk to a friend (the book keeps telling me to do this... like calling a friend will seriously help me not eat)
- going for a walk
- going to visit Ether
- go shopping (only for fresh fruits and veggies of course)
- Moderate Meat and Low-Fat Dairy
- one deck of cards of meat a day
- skim milk, low-fat dairy products in moderation
- ground turkey breast instead of just ground turkey
- No Eating at Restaurants (only for 2 weeks!)
- unless meal fits with program
- avoid appetizers ( I never even realized... most if not all appetizers are extremely calorie packed and unhealthy)
- remember restaurant proportions are huge... eat slowly and take at least half home
- creamed soups = bad
- skip dessert!
