  • Take a stick or umbrella and rest it on your shoulders straightening your back. (hands on it)
  • Touch feet on one side then the other one by going down to the side with the pole.
  • Stick out bum
  • Do twist (sides, left right) 10 times
  • Kick (bend only)
  • Kick fully (till straight)
  • Bend knee 90 degrees then drag it to the side and do it vice versa.
  • Bring leg up straight in front drag to side the bring it back to front
  • feet in, out, in, out then come back to initial position with in, out
