3 TIME/DAY
- Take a stick or umbrella and rest it on your shoulders straightening your back. (hands on it)
- Touch feet on one side then the other one by going down to the side with the pole.
- Stick out bum
- Do twist (sides, left right) 10 times
- Kick (bend only)
- Kick fully (till straight)
- Bend knee 90 degrees then drag it to the side and do it vice versa.
- Bring leg up straight in front drag to side the bring it back to front
- feet in, out, in, out then come back to initial position with in, out
