    - workout/exercise room (with treadmills and stuff); free

    - don't have to put up with everyone's BS because everyone is new and most of them don't know you 
 
    - last week before Christmas break is fun (Christmas carols, free hot chocolate, candy grams, Santa Claus pictures, etc.) 
 
    - near Smitty's and Boston Pizza, so if you want to grab a quick bite or coffee, you could just walk/run (waaaangs Wednesday) 
 
    - near Duggan Mall

    - your friends could visit CCHS anytime (as long as at a reasonable time)

    - you could access most materials given by teachers online
