  • watch 10-15 minute long YouTube video while eating
  • brace self for 1pm mood drop
  • depending on the severity of the drop, either:
    • consider maybe possibly thinking about stepping outside, and if not, be productive in some other way [clean up, wash dishes, organize papers, take a shower, alphabetize your bookshelf, dust your room, color code your closet, fill out your google calendar, go through baby photos again and organize them chronologically, start separating what you want to take to college and what you don't and write it down, type out these lists, etc.] (low)
    • watch an episode or two of the office (medium)
    • submerge self in video games, but ONLY if a podcast is on (high)
    • curl up in bed with a podcast (severe)
  • brace self for 2pm mood drop
    • GET. OUT. SIDE. you don't want to, it's hot as hell and people are terrifying but GET OUTSIDE. take pika. take ira glass. whatever. get outside. seriously kaianna.
  • brace self for mother dearest's return

afternoon (4-6)

  • READ for at LEAST a half hour, if not more
  • dick around on the internet
  • watch miscellaneous youtube videos
  • talk to another human being for at least 10 minutes
  • turn on BOTH lamps
  • load Shaytards video
  • dinner requirements:
    • must give self ONE PORTION of the main dish, ONE side dish and ONE starch
    • must drink water
    • must chew SLOWLY
    • must pause between bites
    • must NOT grab more food to bring back to your room, or try to subtly take bites out of the food containers
    • if these urges are overwhelming, grab another glass of water, move laptop to bed and continue watching video there

evening 6-10

  • dick around on the internet
  • load yogcast or other +15 minute video
  • dessert requirements:
    • if dinner was small, dessert can be bigger (milkshake, scoop of ice cream)
    • if dinner was large, eat NO MORE than 4 cookies or an equivalent
  • take pills
  • take contacts out
  • wash face
  • phone call
  • sleep
    • if wide awake, listen to In Rainbows (Radiohead), Noise Floor (Bright Eyes), E.P. To Be You And Me (Broken Social Scene), or Plans (Death Cab for Cutie)
