- fill cravings for sweets with fruit EVERY (okay not really every) time
- EAT BREAKFAST EAT BREAKFAST EAT A FULL BALANCED BREAKFAST
- allow yourself 4 sweets a week, including milkshake wednesday
- work out 1.5h a day 4-6 days a week
- work out before class on late days, after class, and on fridays
- try working out twice a day on good days!
- try some intramural sports (basketball, volleyball, etc.)
- get 7-8h of sleep 5 nights a week
- bed time during the week is 11-11:30pm
- only miss bedtime 2 nights a week
- if you're not sleepy by 10:45, take a melatonin
- ...do not become addicted to sleeping pills
- finish your assignments 1 day in advance
- this one will be the hardest
- study and write every free moment you can
- start papers as soon as you get the prompt
- 1-2 days for planning
- 1-2 days for drafting
- 1 day for final edits
- 5 day writing period MAX for prompts given 1 week+ in advance
- see a concert every month
- schedule times for reflection in the mornings
- schedule times for writing fiction
- keep disposable cameras ready
- schedule times for reading, parks, and museums
- schedule time to be alone
- search and plan for reasonable apartment configurations
- schedule times for lying in your room and taking in albums
- maybe there could be a calendar for this
- take care of succulents?
- firmly brush teeth 2+ times day
- it's admittedly gross that i typically only brush once a day and i'm actively trying to change this
- keep nails painted
- always carry a water bottle and a notebook
- wash hair every sunday
- visit uncle darryll & aunt tricia twice a month
- find a new therapist
- buy a bike
- try bath oils
- hang out with sarah every once in a while
- it'd be cool to make a documentary about sarah
- i could call it "adulting"
- she would not be down for this, but it'd be pretty cool
- like, different adults in varying stages of their lives!
- TAs, RAs, older professors

- try to shower twice a day sometimes
- see the sunrise at the point at least once a month
