DO:

  • expand on yoga from class. create time in my day for it.
  • get back on board with Devotions
  • eat healthier
  • manage my stress. It's NOT GOOD FOR MY COLON!
  • take my inhalers twice a day like i should
  • floss more than once a week for crying out loud
  • get to the gym
  • make time for myself ie: crafting, making pretty things
  • moisturize

DON'T:

  • eat so much CRAP ie: uncrustables, muffins, pizza bagels
  • sleep with makeup on. even though i hardly ever wear it
  • forget to brush my teeth! oops... lol

THINGS I'M DOING RIGHT ALREADY:

  • drinking a lot of water
  • not procrastinating
  • walking as opposed to taking the shuttle
  • leaving myself motivational notes
  • sleeping away from Ian more
  • going to bed at a decent hour
